Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty – M2

Cometa Inc. provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty for the M2, covering the product and its original accessories against defects in materials or workmanship when used according to the user manual. This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”).

Warranty Coverage
During the Warranty Period, Cometa Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the M2 or its components with functionally equivalent units. Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or renew the original Warranty Period.

This warranty is non-transferable and constitutes the purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Cometa Inc. and its authorized service centers are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any breach of implied warranties beyond what is stated here.

Conditions of Warranty
The warranty applies only if:

• The M2 has not been misused, neglected, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Cometa Inc. or an authorized service agent.

• The defect is not due to normal wear and tear, including parts such as potentiometers.

• Cosmetic wear, scratches, or other aesthetic issues are not covered.

• All adjustments, alterations, or repairs are carried out by Cometa Inc., an authorized distributor, or an appointed service agent.

Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for warranty service.

• The defective M2 should be returned to the original place of purchase, an authorized Cometa Inc. distributor, or an appointed service agent, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact your distributor or service agent before shipping.

• Units should be packaged in the original box to prevent transit damage.
