What is Cometa? 
Cometa is a Los Angeles based audio design house merging modern industrial design philosophy with high fidelity sound. Our debut product is the M2 rotary blending preamplifier / high performance club mixer. The M2 is now available for pre-order, shipping in Q1 2026.

Where can I try the M2 in person?
Common Wave Hi-Fi in Los Angeles is our brick-and-mortar distributor where you can take the M2 for a test-drive in their amazing showroom full of outstanding audio equipment. You can schedule an in-person tour with one of our representatives at by emailing info@cometa.inc

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?
Rates are calculated by carrier. We use UPS for domestic US shipping and DHL for international shipping. Please inquire for custom shipping arrangements.

Can I get a travel case with my mixer?
We have a M2 Pelican cases which can be purchased separately through inquiry.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. The order must be in original, like-new condition without damage from the user. All refunds exclude import taxes, duties and any other fees associated with the purchase.

Will there be import tax added to my mixer when it arrives in my country? (International shipping outside the US)
Depending on your home country you may have to pay customs fees. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office on what rates they charge on imports.

Is there a product warranty?
The M2 has a 3 year warranty period which we calculate from the date the item is delivered. However, we will strive to provide the best service possible even after the warranty period has past.
